Nelson through two separately operating entities that also work in tandem to accomplish the business goals of our clients, our investment partners, and ourselves. We choose to provide services to support, aid, and encourage business investment. Real estate consulting and brokerage services are provided through Nelson Capital Realty, and the broader real estate consulting and project management services are provided through Nelson Capital Development, Inc. The functions of Nelson Capital Realty have recently been assimilated into Nelson Capital Development, Inc.
We provide a service to investors who may have an interest in including direct participation investments as a part part of a qualified investor's portfolio. We describe the limited kinds of offerings we provide through Nelson Capital Company's investment banking service.
